Beyonce and Jay-Z'south 7-yr-old daughter, Bluish Ivy, just won a songwriting award
The superstar couple's firstborn child scored the honour, together with her parents, at the BET Soul Train Awards.

What did you lot get upwards to when y'all were seven years former? Whatever it was, we're guessing you didn't win a songwriting award.
Well, Blue Ivy Carter did. The oldest child of Beyonce and Jay-Z recently picked up the accolade at the BET Soul Train Awards. She shared songwriting credit with her superstar parents and several other co-writers on Brown Skin Girl, a song from Beyonce's The Panthera leo King: The Souvenir album.
The song won the Ashford & Simpson Songwriter'due south Award at the anniversary on Dominicus evening (Nov 17). It also gave Bluish Ivy her first Billboard striking when it debuted at No 76 in July; the album debuted at No 2.
Blue Ivy, whose name was trademarked by her parents in 2016, gives a vocal performance at the start and end of the vocal.
The famous family didn't attend the evidence to pick up the awards, though.
Blue Ivy has had a prolific year – she starred in her mother'southward Spirit music video and besides appeared in Beyonce's Netflix special, Homecoming, where she performed Lift Every Voice And Sing. The documentary earned half-dozen Emmy award nominations.
