Safwat Nasrat, MD, Chief Medical Director
Person Family unit Medical Centre is pleased to announce our newest medico; Dr. Safwat Nasrat, a board-certified family unit physician. He will as well serve as the Medical Director of the facility. Dr. Nasrat joined Person Family Medical Center on August 16, 2021.
Dr. Nasrat received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Asyut Medical Schoolhouse, Egypt. His medical residency in family unit medicine was completed at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica, New York.
He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a fellow member of the American University of Family Physician.
Dr. Nasrat was born in Arab republic of egypt-Cairo, just now resides in Raleigh, NC with his spouse and 2 daughters. His spouse Dr. Nakhla currently serves as the Medical Director at Brantwood Rehabilitation Center. He enjoys spending fourth dimension with his family and playing soccer in his spare time.

Demaura Russell, MD, Assistant Medical Managing director
Dr. Russell is a Warren Canton, NC native. She attended the Warren County public schools ranking #3 in her high school grade of about 400 students. She decided at an early historic period that family unit medicine would be her field of study.
Dr. Russell chose to pursue her dreams as a Family physician by standing her educational activity at the Hampton University in Hampton Virginia, graduating in 2002 with a Bachelor'southward Caste in Biology with highest honors. She received her medico of Medicine degree from the Wake Forest School of Medicine in 2010.
Dr. Russell entered her residency at Cabarrus Family Medicine in Concord NC. She continued her studies in family unit medicine with a focus in rural medicine. She completed her residency preparation in 2013.
Dr. Russell has a love for rural medicine. She is excited about bringing her expertise to Person County.

Laura Winslow, M.D. Pediatrician
Person Family Medical Center, Inc. welcomes Dr. Laura Winslow to their team of providers. Dr. Winslow is a Lath-Certified Pediatrician.
Her board certification indicates that she is highly qualified in the Pediatrician field.
Dr. Winslow was built-in in Louisville, KY and currently resides in Durham, NC with her husband and children. Dr. Winslow earned her Available of Science Degree in Biology graduating Magna Cum Laude from Boston Academy, Boston Massachusetts. She attended Medical School at the Academy of Louisville School of Medicine, Louisville, KY which is where she likewise completed her pediatrics residency.

Meet Kaitlyn Long, our newest Physician Assistant at Person Family Medical Eye, Inc.
Kaitlyn is no stranger to Person County. She was born and raised in Roxboro, NC. She attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where she graduated cum laude with her B.S. in Biology. She received her Doc Assistant degree from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, NC.
Kaitlyn is a member of The North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants (NCAPA) and the American Academy of Md Administration (AAPA).
Kaitlyn has always considered Roxboro to be dwelling and is excited to return to her hometown to practice equally a Family Medicine Doctor Assistant at Person Family Medical Center saying, "I chose Person Family Medical Center because I desire to give back to my customs and I believe in their mission of providing quality healthcare to the community."

Mary Matthews, PA-C
Mary grew upwards in the western suburbs of Chicago and moved to Cary, NC during her high school years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology from Appalachian State University where she graduated with honors and was inducted into the Tri-Beta National Biological Honors Society.
Mary went on to earn her Physician Assistant degree from Le Moyne Higher in Syracuse, NY and conducted her clinical rotations in rural communities throughout the Finger Lakes region. She has since returned to NC to be near family,and currently resides in Roxboro.
Mary enjoys kayaking on Hyco Lake, running, crafts, and spending time with family and friends.
She is excited to share with the community her passion for preventative medicine and strives to empower her patients to make and meet their healthcare goals.

John Illsley, PA-C
John Illsley, PA-C is no stranger to Person Family unit Medical Eye, Inc. He returned to PFMC on May 4, 2020 and brings with him his expertise and experience as a certified Medico Banana to the patients of Person Family unit Medical Centre. John was born in Boynton Beach, FL and at present resides in Roxboro NC with his wife and daughter. John earned his Master of Science Degree as a Md Assistant from the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Renee Foley, DDS, Dental Director
Dr. Gaskey-Foley grew upward in Concur, NC and knew she wanted to exist a dentist by the 7th grade.

Dr. Genes Kaur joined the PFMC Dental squad (Roxboro) in September. She is a graduate of Due north. C. State University and Arizona.

Alisa Paliy, M.D. Psychiatrist
Dr. Paliy is at present accepting patients at our Person Family unit Behavioral Wellness Center located at 702 N. Primary St.
She graduated from the Rostov State Medical Academy and then went on to consummate an oncology residency and fellowship at the Rostov Enquiry Found of Oncology. During her years as an Oncology she published several articles and assisted in leading several clinical trials. In 2009 Alisa and her family moved to the United States where, while in the process of gaining U.Due south. blessing of her Russian medical caste, she worked as a mental health counselor at an impatient child psychiatric facility.
